Good week considering that I encountered "Attack of the Candy Corn II." I've been on a candy kick and eating only a few candy corns at a time until my boss put not one, but two bags of candy corn in my mailbox. Well, to say the least, it's gone! Took four days for two bags. I'm not proud, but I am glad that's it's gone so I can get on with it.

Meeting tonight focused on "Intuition." What is your body telling you? My body is telling me that I don't have to snack. It's alright to be hungry. I never let my stomach feel hungry before, so this is definitely a new concept. I've been drinking more of my points lately in the form of Hot Chocolate. I've been drinking Swiss Miss, no sugar added. It's only 1 point, but still I hate to waste my points on something I can't chew.

Ordered Chinese tonight. I try to do this on my WI day so I have plenty of time to recover. By the time I got home from my WI, the rice and the fried noodles were pretty much gone, but I still feasted on the steamed veggies and my "Triple Delight" (scallops, beef, and chicken with a bunch of veggies in brown sauce).

I love Chinese...need to make a stir-fry this got me thinking of ginger and soy

I had the No Sugar Added Swiss Miss every night last winter. When I was in the store this weekend, though, I saw the Diet Swiss Miss which is 0 points for 1 serving (25 cal, 0 fat, 1 fiber). I haven't tried it yet, but I just might.
