Today, was my last Friday at work. I am working till Wednesday even though I really have nothing left to do. I'm training the person who is filling in for me on Monday and Tuesday, so at least it won't be a total blow-off day.
My Potluck will happen on Tuesday and right now I'm thinking of buying fruit at Sam's and making some kabobs. I will also take Peachy's idea and go with the Apple Salsa and homemade chips. I'll share the recipe when they turn out;)
I may or may not do the "donuts" for the last day. I really do enjoy the people I work with and I know they would greatly appreciate them even though they're not the healthiest. We'll see.
Have a great weekend.

I hope everything goes well with the transition, the training and the pot luck.
I also don't want to be mean, but the Phillies need to wrap it up today, otherwise Game 4 is scheduled to begin at the same time as the Eagles game tomorrow and I'd really hate to have to keep switching between the two...
Those are fightin' words Skinny Guy! That was our dilemna last weekend with the Packers and the Brewers, so you'll be able to handle it, too.
I would consider a double batch of the Apple Berry Salsa because it goes FAST! I might have to make that for us now, too. We make about 12 tortilla worth of chips. YUM!!!
Enjoy your days of training and no work.
Love you all!
Peachy
They're gonna miss you so much!
I can imagine they are going to miss you bunches!
I was bummed to see the Brewers get beat out!
