I've worked extremely hard this week to rectify the gain I had last week. Somehow, I did it and lost another .2 to boot. I rode the elliptical 4 times this week for an hour and the other 3 days for half an hour. I was determined to keep my gain to a minimum. Even with the 2.4 loss, I still feel that I ate plenty and actually felt that I ate a little too much on Christmas. My stomach was aching after a few cookies. Christmas Day was the first day since beginning WW that I did not track what I had eaten. Not that I ate too much, but I couldn't remember everything late in the evening from the morning.
Cookies are still in the house thanks to my MIL. I've snacked on a few, but nothing like previous years when the plate would have been licked clean already.

I think the most "evil" thing left in our house is a half-eaten bag of pretzels and some animal crackers left from when the triplets spent the night...Good-bye to temptation is the working phrase at our house!
this morning I threw away the last few pieces of carrot cake...that's after I binged on a HUGE chunk of it last night. yeah, it was a binge when the bites were enormous and I was just shoveling them in.
So proud of you for posting a loss this week...that is sooo great!!!
Great job on kicking that gain to the curb! There are still cookies around over here as well, but I think I've had my fill.
