New Book

I'm not a big book reader and if I do read a book, it's usually to my kids, but today I ordered this book: 101 Foods That Could Save Your Life. I'm always looking for something different to eat and I'm hoping this book will throw something new my way.

I'm curious to hear how that book is.

P.S. No snow out here today. (I'm in L.A. and just had to rub it it :)

Best,
Coop

Looks like an interesting book, TB. Make sure you give us a review.

I'm currently reading Volumetrics, which takes advantage of a lot of the same science as WW's Core plan, namely the energy density of different foods.

I also just picked up You: Staying Young, the latest (I think) in the You series. Gotta love those Christmas gift cards!

I'll probably thumb through this new book either in the library or the bookstore before I decide whether or not to pick it up.

Skinny~I just saw the You: Staying Young at a store today. Looked intriguing. I'm thinking that anything to keep me motivated will help.
