What's Good about High Numbers?

I've skipped my regular meeting the last few weeks. It's just been too darn nice out. Last week, I knew I was a little up, so I just plain skipped. The two weeks prior to that I did go to weigh in, but then left. Tonight, I told my wife that I had to go since I just got done with my "Perfect Day." I was pleasantly surprised at the number. 187 is the lowest that I have been at an evening meeting. I still would like to get down to 180 and settle in there for a while.

Since I skipped last week's meeting, I had no clue how many people had attended. When I got to the meeting tonight, I found out there was a good crowd. Tonight, there was another good crowd. So what's the big deal about "high numbers?" Seems there needs to be at least 33 paying members each week to have a second receptionist. So next Wednesday will be my first official meeting as a receptionist. I hope I remember everything that I was taught during my training. Our leader made a big production of embarrassing me, which she has done on numerous occasions. I don't mind as I am mighty proud of the fact that I've lost over 80 pounds in a year.

Just a little Wednesday humor for you...

Wedding Anniversary

Ed was in trouble. He forgot his wedding anniversary and his wife was really angry.
She told him, "Tomorrow morning I expect to find a gift in the driveway that goes from 0 to 200 in less then 6 Seconds AND IT BETTER BE THERE!!"

The next morning Ed got up early and left for work.
When his wife woke up she looked out the window and sure enough there was a box
gift-wrapped in the middle of the driveway.
Confused, the wife put on her robe and ran out to the driveway, and brought the box back in the house.
She opened it

and found a brand new Bathroom Scale.

Ed has been missing since Friday. Please pray for him.

LOL!!!

How great that you are at your lowest. I am still avoiding those meetings since I am above my "target". I haven't gone to WI all month. Guess I'll have to pay the piper and the receptionist this week!
