For Me??

I got an award!

Apparently, my wife doesn't think I have as many friends as she does, since she has challenged me to find 50 friends on Facebook before she does. I'd nominate everyone for this award as every blog I read inspires me, so I'm not going to pass it on. (Need to get back to Facebook to try to rack up a few more friends. My wife has a few more than me right now.)

100 PUSH UP CHALLENGE
I've been reading about Andrew's progress in the 100 push up challenge and decided that I should give it a try. I am now on Day 3, of Week 1 and I'm not sure how far I will get. It is much tougher than I thought. Initially, I did 20 push-ups without difficulty so I thought I'd try starting on the 3rd level. It was fine for the first day, but Day 2 got difficult. I'm going to drop down to the level 2 program and see if I can keep going. Day 3 tomorrow.

Gosh, If I was on Facebook I'd ask if you'd be my friend.

I am incapable of doing even one push up. I think this was true even when I was working out.

No Facebook here, but Noelle is on there if you haven't gotten her yet.

I'm just catching up and wanted to make a suggestion. Have you tried putting your bars in the freezer and taking out one at a time. It's amazing how out of sight, out of mind works. Of course, not having them in the house is the ultimate solution. I've tried other bars in the freezer and this works. I only have them on occasion but enjoy them when I do.

yeah the push up challenge is a butt kicker. I am doing the girlie ones and after 13 I feel like death is at my door. It's a huge challenge and I have hubby doing it too. He used to do 100 plus when he was in the military.....now not so much ;)
