Week 27

Week 27: 204.6
Last Week: 206.4
Progress: Down 1.8
Starting Weight: 270.2
Total Weight Loss: 65.6
Average Weekly Loss: 2.43

Happy Halloween! Passed the 65 pound mark this evening. One of the ladies who also has sung in the community choir that I am in reached her goal weight. She has been coming to Weight Watchers since January and has lost about 34 pounds. It is definitely inspirational to see the successes at the meetings.

Tonight we discussed how we view our progress: I see...I feel...I hear...

I can definitely see a difference in the way my clothes are fitting. I've bought three different size pants since beginning this journey in late April. That's 6 inches off my waist that had been weighing me down.

I can definitely feel a difference in my attitude. I have more energy, I have been enjoying exercising instead of avoiding it and I have been making smarter choices when it comes to food.

I can hear the comments coming from people that sometimes rarely talk to me at work and some that I don't even know. I hear the compliments and they are definitely sinking in.

I didn't quite get below 200 by Halloween, but I'm sure I'll make it by Thanksgiving. Between Labor Day and Halloween I've lost 10.6 pounds. I will definitely take that!
