It wasn't an awesome week, but I got the job done. A loss of .4 brought me into "Onderland!" I am hoping to stay here for a long time. I know how to do it, it's just a matter of keeping with it. I'm hoping to hit 198.2 next week. That would mark my third 10% as is my next mini-goal.
Tonight at our meeting we discussed "What do YOU need to do for YOU?" This biggest topic was tracking, since most people hate doing the task. So far, I have not had a problem tracking what I eat. There were some great suggestions made such as focusing on one meal a day to track, tracking water and veggies for a week and going from there, planning and packing a lunch during the week, only track on the weekend as the weekdays are usually a routine day. I will continue tracking everything, all the time as I don't want to get into a habit of not doing it.
