Kathy, at Kathy Calculates Weight Loss challenged us to have "One Perfect Day." I did my best and have done well on the food front. I've gotten everything in, but my vitamin, which for some reason has not become so important lately. I'm sure I'll get back into the habit of taking them once our kitchen is complete and they once again have a "place." Besides my vitamin, I need to get some exercise in. I am still debating about either hopping on the elliptical quick or going for a late night walk. I will get it in. It was a perfect day here.
